Their clothing usually consists always Bright Hot Colors. Usually Reds with Laced Gold. Check out Silvermoon City and the Blood Elf Starting Zones within the game to get an notion. (And if some reason you don't have the team game you can always download the Burning Crusade Trial to check it out)

For Blood Elf, shift to worldofwarcraft.com and get the ear kit. Then give somebody a lift a look at other blood elf classes...if you want to do low level, seize some skin tight pants and a halter top and go to a craft store and gain some decorations and do them up! Or you could go and get a floor legnth long sleved darkness gown and go as some sort of cloth class like a priest or lock.
