Answers: I'm going to agree near druid. It is the first class (and probably the only class, lol) that I enjoy beside PVP. They are easy to use for PVE, since you can tank, DPS, and treat. It's pretty difficult to die, unless you're just being crazy.
So supply a druid a try. Beyond that, I'd say warlock or hunter, since you've got a pet to relieve you.
And join a great guild! You won't be bored that way.
Having lvl 70 for adjectives classes (lot of free time nowadays), the best I can say is: play all classes until plane 20 or so, this way you'll get an impression of each class's strong and weak points, making it like mad easier for you to choose your main!
But...if you want a biased answer, go warrior, I find them to be really fun to rank. But hey, i'm weird, so ignore that.
