Also, i started a dranei shaman. her professions are going to be enchanting and jewelcrafting. does this nouns good?

Alc/Herb has other been a tried and true combo, because potions are consumable and therefore other in demand. The auxiliary of Inscription requiring Herbs means Herb prices will skyrocket for a while as well.
Leather/Skinning is a enormously short term combo. When you first get to 80 within Lich King, you'll be able to make some low-end epics adn next to luck will find a recipe or two for more good stuff, and you'll be able to get rid of the items from those recipes for HUGE amounts for the first month or two. But after a while, everyone will be getting better gear, so constraint will plummet. You'll get a short burst of huge money and superior gear, then it will become close useless.
Enchanting and Jewelcrafting are both standalone professions which are semi-consumable, so they do work pretty well together. Enchanting is really expensive to get leveled up, but worth abundantly when you get it there. I don't know much around jewelcrafting, but I think it's similar.
