Here is a couple I remember playing at showers.

How many pieces of toilet paper it will take to wrap the girls stomach. You take a roll of toilet paper and then each person writes town a number. Roll the toilet paper around her as though you were measuring her and then count how many squares it takes.

Also I have played guess the due date. Everyone just writes down the date they believe the doctor said she is due. But this only works if no one knows it.

Guess the flavor of baby food. Pretty self-explanatory.

Throw several baby toys, items, etc. into a bag (a baby gift bag works nicely) and then each person will get so much time to look at it. Then you write down everything that was in the bag. The person with the most correct wins.

Baby bingo. Same game as bingo, but you all baby items on the card and then draw the baby items.

I think this is most of the games I have played while at a baby shower. Search online for baby shower games and you will get a huge list of games to play.

Congratulations on your grand baby!

When i had my babyshower there where a few games that really where alot of fun, first there is the one where you pass around a roll of ribbon and scissors and have them try and guess the mom to be's stomach size only using there own body as a measurring guide alot of fun the closest one wins.. There was also the baby food test game you blind fold your willing particapents and take a tray with assorted baby foods on it and you have them taste them and guesses what they are who ever gets the most right wins very funny to watch there faces as the taste them.

I went to a baby shower where they gave everyone a clothespin when they arrived. If, during the party up until a certain time near the end of the party, if you caught someone saying the word "baby" you would get to take their clothespin. Whomever had the most clothespins toward the end of the party won a prize. It was fun - I won at the party I was at :)

Hope that helps!
At my shower we played the one where every guest wears a diaper pin and you cannot mention the word "baby" at all. If you do and someone catches you then you have to give your diaper pin to that person. At the end of the shower, the person with the most diaper pins wins.

There's also the one where you fold up small napkins in the shape of diapers, and you put different stuff in it. Then you pass it around and everyone has to smell each diaper and write down what they think it is. At my shower, they took various candy bars and smooshed them up and then rubbed it inside each napkin-diaper. Not everyone could identify the candies especially since some of them were not very popular but were still being sold.

And then there's the embarrassing one where the expectant mother goes in another room and takes toilet paper and wraps it around her stomach to see how many sheets it takes to go around her belly. Then she goes back into the room with the guests, you pass a roll of toilet paper and each guest unrolls the number of sheets they think it will take to go around the expectant mothers belly.

There are tons more but this should get you started! Have fun!
There are lots of fun games. (1. each person takes some toilet paper off the roll, as much as they think will measure the moms belly. The person who chose the most correct length wins a prize.) (2. Fill a bowl full of cotton balls. Blind fold each person and hand them a spoon. The person who can dig out the most cotton balls, wins.) (3. take some napkins and fold them in half. place mustard in one and then hand them out to your guests. Make sure the mustard filled one is the the pile you hand out. The person who finds the poopy diaper wins.)
i think drink the baby bottle is pretty fun
Everyone places a piece of paper on top of their own head - give them a pencil and have them draw a picture of what the baby's face will look like.

Have everyone who is coming to the shower bring their own baby picture with - tape them to a posterboard and have evryone guess who's picture is who - this works really well if everyone is wearing nametags

peel the labels off jars of baby food and have everyone guess the flavor (if you purchase the store brand and the Gerber brand of the same flavor they are often different colors and people will give them different flavors by color!)

diaper a doll while blindfolded

Some sites with good ideas are below
At one baby shower I went to, they played a game where you reached into a bowl of rice and tried to fish out as many safety pins as you could in 30 seconds. They were the really small, gold safety pins. Of course there was a prize for the winner.
Here's a twist on one I saw on a baby story:
All the guests who are already parents can write one piece of advice down on a piece of paper and put it in a hat. The mom-to-be can draw the pieces and try to guess who the advice is from. Each one she gets right, the writer gets a prize. The advice can then be written down in a book for mom to refer to later.
