Right click on explorer properties, clear cookies, temp files. Now reboot. Log on to mail 1st then go to games or use this great shortcut as is to get in any game/lounge:

Try turning off your Norton. If still same problem uninstall and reinstall the game
you have to install spy sweeper or norton antivirus 2007 or zonealarm or pc cillin 2007 it will block pop ups
